Laser Cutting - tsm offer a full laser cutting service with our Amada F1 Linear drive laser cutter with automatic nozzle changer and fully automated tower sheet loader.
Powder Coating - tsm offer a high standard powder coating service with our fully automated online pre-treatment plant and sample booth.
Welding - We offer MIG, TIG and SPOT welding by fully skilled staff providing our customers with unmatched quality with a fast turnaround. We operate a 24,000sq ft facility, fully equipped to handle both small and large projects, on time and within budget.
CNC Folding - tsm have multiple bending and folding capabilities up to 3m long.
CNC Punching - We are equipped with an Amada Europe 258 Punch Machine with sheet load and unload.
Tube Bending - We can bend square, round and rectangular tube up to 40mm diameter/square.
Wire Working - We carry out wire forming on bar up to 10mmØ in a range of materials.
Software - Advanced technology enables tsm to produce innovative products whilst still offering a high quality, efficient service at competitive prices.
After many previous years experience with Amada products they were our first choice for machinery and tooling as they are the ‘largest machine tool manufacturer in the world’ and each Amada product has been developed to be flexible, reliable and capable of achieving the highest level of productivity.
