Tsm uses MIEtrak, the market leading software for sheet metal fabrication, precision engineering and manufacturing. The system incorporates scheduling shop floor data with bar coding and costing for the entire production. We also use the RADAN software package ‘the most powerful sheet metal CAD CAM software.’

This advanced technology enables tsm to produce innovative products whilst still offering a high quality, efficient service at competitive prices.

2D CAD – AP100 - 2D CAD system designed to allow the creation of sheet metal parts quickly and efficiently. Standard features include common notch types, standard hole definition and various dimensioning options. AP100 links to Amada’s SDD (Sheet metal Digital on Demand) database which enables the storage of all CAD and program information in one central location.

DR. ABE BLANK - Fully automatic CAM system for Amada X1 / FO laser machines and EML stand alone combination machine. The main features of Dr. Abe Blank are:

• Auto assignment of laser path / punch tooling.
• Auto assignment of micro joints / wire joints / work chute.
• Auto dissimilar part nesting and NC code generation.
• Full integration into Amada’s VPSS software solutions.
